1. Does the promotional VIP package include an auto-renewal service?

When you purchase VIP, the VIP package you choose will show whether it includes the auto-renewal service and the associated renewal terms.

 

2. What happens to my VIP membership period and auto-renewal if I purchase a promotional package while my current VIP is still active?

① Under the same account, if you purchase a VIP while your existing VIP is still valid, the remaining VIP will be automatically extended. When you have multiple types of VIPs at the same time, the VIP with a higher level will be prioritized for consumption.

（*Due to system restrictions with certain payment methods (e.g. Apple/Google), recurring purchases may trigger automatic processing of previous orders per platform policies. Please refer to actual payment confirmation for final validation.）

② Even if you have purchased a new promotional VIP package, the previous automatic renewal will not be automatically turned off. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal you activated previously, it will cause you to still be charged.

③ Even if the promotional VIP package you purchased includes auto-renewal service, it will not affect any previously activated auto-renewal services that are currently in effect.

④ If you enable multiple auto-renewal services under your iQIYI account using different payment methods, your VIP service may automatically renew for different billing cycles through each payment method.

3. Why do I see different promotional prices on the webpage/TV app/mobile app?

4. I selected the promotional VIP package, but why does it show the full price when I pay?

Due to restrictions on some payment methods, you may be unable to participate in the promotion. You may try switching to the iQIYI website (https://www.iq.com/) or using a different payment method to make the purchase. We recommend that you check the order price before confirming payment. Please refer to the actual payment for the specific price.
