What is membership upgrade?

If your current membership level does not meet your viewing needs, you can choose to upgrade your membership to a higher tier to enjoy the corresponding benefits and viewing experience of the higher-tier membership.

How can I upgrade my membership? 

You can access the membership upgrade interface and choose to upgrade your subscription to a higher-tier membership package, which will allow you to convert the remaining membership duration into the upgraded higher-tier membership.

How are the days discounted for my upgraded membership?

It will be discounted according to the price of different membership types.

For example: the price of Standard VIP subscription is 65% of the price of Premium VIP subscription, Your remaining 100 days of Standard membership will be converted to 65 days of Premium membership when you upgrade to Premium membership. When you do not meet one day after the conversion of your days, it will be upgraded for you according to one day.

Different regions or channels have different membership prices, the price ratios in the example are for illustration only, please refer to the front-end display for the actual number of days you can be converted. In addition, if you are using Apple or Google payment method, the actual length of time you can be converted will be subject to the final deduction result of Apple and Google channels.

After my membership upgrade, can I retract it?

Once your membership has been successfully upgraded to a higher level, it cannot be withdrawn.
