Please follow the steps below to cancel the corresponding auto-renewal subscription items according to your payment method.

After successfully canceling your auto-renewal subscription items, your current VIP membership remains valid and can continue to be used until the expiration date. No further charges will be incurred for canceled auto-renewal subscription items.

 

【Pay directly with credit card/debit card/JKOPay/PXPay Plus】

Please go to the [Manage Subscription] interface and follow the on-screen instructions.

(*If no items are displayed on this screen, it means that the automatic renewal service is not enabled for your current iQIYI account. If you have received automatic renewal notifications, we recommend trying to log in to your account using a different registration method and then managing your automatic subscriptions.)

(*Cancellation of Apple/Google Play subscriptions cannot be performed within this interface.)

 

【Apple Pay】

1. Go to "Settings" on your Apple device and tap your Apple ID name;

2. Tap "Subscriptions," locate the iQIYI subscription, and tap on it;

3. Tap "Cancel Subscription";

 

* Please ensure you are correctly logged in with the Apple ID you used for payment; otherwise, you will not be able to see the corresponding subscription items.

*Since iQIYI cannot cancel Apple subscriptions, if you are unable to cancel successfully yourself, please contact Apple Voice Support (0800-095-988) for assistance;

 

【Google play】

1. Open 【Google Play】 on your Android device and log in to the Google Play account used to purchase the subscription;

2. Click the 【Profile picture】 in the top right corner to open the full menu;

3. Click 【Payments & Subscriptions】 - 【Subscription】 - Click the iQIYI subscription you want to cancel - 【Cancel Subscription】;

 

* Please ensure you are correctly logged in with the Google Play account you used for payment; otherwise, you will not be able to see the corresponding subscription items.

* If you are unable to access the Google Play app to cancel your subscription yourself—for instance, because you do not have an Android phone or tablet—please refer to the Google Play instructions for "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play";
