1. Currently, we support the following account registration and login methods:

(1) **Log in with Password:** Enter your email/phone number and password to log in;

(2) **Log in with Mobile Number:** Enter your phone number, receive and enter the SMS verification code to log in;

(3) **Facebook/Google/LINE/Apple Login:** Enter the third-party account that requires authorization to log in (Apple login is only supported on the iQIYI mobile/tablet app);

(4) **Log in with Scan QR code:** Use the "Scan" function of the iQIYI mobile/tablet app to log in to the computer or TV app;

2. Please log in to the corresponding device according to your account registration method, following these steps:

(1) PC: On the iQIYI official website (IQ.com), click the profile picture in the upper right corner 【Login】, and select the corresponding registration method to log in;

If you are unable to use your original account due to logging into the wrong account, not having a membership after changing devices, or other reasons, and need to switch accounts: Please first click the profile picture in the upper right corner [Logout], then click [Login] again and select the correct registration method to log in;

(2) Mobile/Tablet: In the iQIYI APP, click 【Me】-【Login】 at the top, and then select the corresponding registration method to log in;

If you are unable to use your original account due to logging into the wrong account, not having a membership after changing devices, or other reasons, and need to switch accounts: In the iQIYI APP, click 【Me】-【Settings】-【Switch accounts】- 【Add Account】, and then select the corresponding registration method to log in;

*Please note that mobile phones/tablets do not support login via QR code scanning.

(3) TV: In the iQIYI TV APP, click 【Login】 at the top of the left sidebar, and select the corresponding method to log in;

If you are unable to use your original account due to logging into the wrong account, not having a membership after changing devices, or other reasons, and need to switch accounts: In the iQIYI TV app, tap your avatar at the top left sidebar, scroll down to "Settings," tap "Logout" on the far right, then tap "Login" again and select the correct registration method on the right.

*When logging into your account on the iQIYI TV app, it is recommended to use an already logged-in iQIYI mobile app on your phone/tablet to scan the QR code. Please do not use other tools such as the "camera" to scan the QR code to avoid logging into the wrong account.
