If your account is registered using third-party accounts and you have linked phone number and email: If you need to use the linked phone number/email + password to log in, please make sure that you have managed the password in the App settings. You need to log in first using the method used for registering (Google/Facebook…), then link your email/phone number and manage your password in “Me” following the steps below: Enter iQIYI and log in to your account – click “Settings” – Select “Account and Security – Set the phone number/email – “Password management”.
