Why cannot I watch the 1080P?

1. 1080P is exclusive to Standard/Premium VIP members. If you are not a VIP member, you can join us now to enjoy high quality entertainment etc.

2. 1080P is not available for some content. You can send us the video title and we are very willing to help you check.

3. Please check your network connection. If your network connection is relatively poor, the resolution may be automatically reduced to ensure the playback smoothness.
