1. Check if the email you entered is correct.
2. Check if the verification email of iQIYI is in your junk mail folder.
3. There may be a delay due to the server traffic. We suggest you try again later.
◆Cannot receive the verification text message
1. Check if the phone number you entered is correct.
2. Click “Send verification code” and use the latest code.
3. We suggest you check if you have ample text capacity on your phone and if the signal is stable and try to receive the verification code again after 1-2 hours. There is an upper limit for the verification code you can receive via text message with one phone number per day and we suggest you not to try frequently.
4. Please check if your mobile phone has any security software that might be intercepting the verification code messages. We recommend temporarily disabling any interception features and checking your phone's junk/spam folder for the verification code message.
